The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast is a historic property, where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.  

We are NOT an hotel, and have very limited space to rent.  Each booking means it is being held and is no longer available for sale.  Which means if you cancel, we have lost that revenue and the opportunity to rent it.

We require a $50.00 non refundable deposit on all rooms.  The $50.00 cancellation fee is per room(s), canceled.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14(fourteen) days* BEFORE  your arrival date to cancel your reservation.  You must have a

cancelation Number!

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less  than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the entire booking.   

We do not give refunds on wedding packages or events.  So please make sure of your dates and times before you book.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

We do not take phone reservation past 6:00 pm est, that is our family time.

Quite Time is after 9:00 pm, please keep in mind that there are other guest who are here to relax and enjoy the quite.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

We do not allow lighted candles in rooms anymore.  Due to the fire hazard.  Please use electric candles only.  For everyone's Safety.

There will be a $100 air out fee if you/guest smoke in rooms or non-smoking areas.

 

If you are not in shape to climb stairs please book either the Cabin or Nana's room (First Floor). 

ALL other rooms are up a flight of stairs.  You take full responsibility for anything that might happen using the stairs.

We only have one (1) pet friendly room, the cabin.  It requires a $25.00 non refundable pet fee.  Your pet is NOT allowed inside any other part of the B&B.  Other Guest may NOT like pets or could be allergic to them.  PLEASE respect them too.  If your dog is a barker please do not bring it...ALSO please do NOT let your dog on our beds or funiture....you will be billed an extra $50 to dry-clean for the bedspread if you do or the replacement cost if the pet destroys it.  You may NOT leave your pet in the room if you leave the premises.  

No Pets in the other rooms. Please call if you need help in making arrangements to board your pet.   

We are not a Bar (But we own one in Tazewell down the road open Thur - Sat 7pm to 12 pm)  ask for a free door pass......and do not sale liquor, the town is dry and so is most of the county. If you want anything stronger you will have to bring it.   We do offer a line of local wine. 

 

Special situations allowed for children 5 years and older only, please call us prior to making arrangements if you have children. 

YOU must keep Children supervised at all times and they may NOT be left alone in room or common areas at any time. 

Please remember that there are adults here, who are here for quite time, so please do not let your children run up and down the stairs. 

 Also NO climbing or jumping on the bunk beds or other beds please, for their safety.
