The
Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast is a
historic property, where every guest
reservation is both important and
special to us.
We
are not an hotel, and have very
limited space to rent. Each booking
means it is being held and is no
longer available for sale. Which
means if you cancel, we have lost
that revenue and the opportunity to
rent it.
We
require a $50.00 non refundable
deposit on all rooms.
If
your travel plans change and
you must
cancel your reservation, please call
us at least 10(ten) days*
prior to your arrival date
to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must
cancel with less than ten (10)
days* notice, shorten your stay
or check out early, please
understand that we must ask you to
take responsibility for a $50.00
cancellation fee per room(s).
We
do not give refunds on wedding
packages. So please make sure
of your dates and times before you
book.
Rates/policies are subject to
change and vary during high impact
periods and special requests.
*A
30 day cancellation notice is
required on whole house bookings and
for some holidays and special
events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If
arriving outside of check-in times,
please call to make arrangements.

Absolutely No Smoking inside;
however designated outdoor smoking
areas are available.
There will be a
$100 air out fee if you/guest smoke
in rooms or non-smoking areas.
If
you are not in shape to climb stairs
please book either the Cabin or
Nana's room.
ALL other rooms
are up a flight of stairs. You
take full responsibility for
anything that might happen using the
stairs.
We only have one (1) pet friendly
room, the cabin. It requires a
$25.00 non refundable pet fee.
No
Pets in the other rooms. Please call
if you need help in making
arrangements to board your pet.
Special situations allowed for
children 5 years and older only,
please call us prior to making
arrangements if you have children.
Children must be supervised at all
times.
