The Olde Mill is one of the most sought after places to hold weddings and to have your wedding photos taken.   Cumberland Gap "THE place" to get married in the 20' & 30"s...anyone who was anyone got married here. 
Now its your turn to make some History.

  1. Package One:
    $219.00  (price is for Just Bride and Groom)
  •    Use of wedding/reception area for one (1) hour: Choose inside the Inn or on the Bridge by the 1800's Fitz Water Wheel
  •    Intimate wedding ceremony by an ordained minister.
  •    Keepsake toasting glasses with complimentary wedding toast of champagne or sparkling alcohol-free beverage.
  •    $10.00 each additional guest (up to six persons including the bride and groom)

 

Package Two:            

$479.00  (price is for Just Bride and Groom)

  •    Use of wedding/reception area for one (1) hour: your choice of location inside the Inn or on the Bridge by the 1800's Fitz Water Wheel
  •    Intimate wedding ceremony by an ordained minister
  •    Unity candle lighting
  •    Six rose hand-tied bouquet and matching boutonniere
  •    Keepsake toasting glasses with complimentary wedding toast of champagne or sparkling non-alcoholic beverage
  •    Two layer wedding cake for two (choice of chocolate or white) and decorated with fresh flowers.
  •    Fine china, silverware and cloth napkins for cake.
  •    Use of Inn and Grounds for wedding photographs
  •    $10.00 each additional guest (up to six persons including the bride and groom)
  •    Please note that cost of rental items is not included in the price listed above. 

Package Three:

$5,000.00  Whole house for two days!

  •    Save yourself time, money and head ache with this package.  Check in, get ready for your big day, relax.  No driving around, no worrying about your families, Everyone is in one place safe and sound.  You can enjoy your guest all you want or just curl up on one of comfortable couches and talk the night away with family and then just head up to your rooms.  Breakfast in the morning at 10:00 am for those who stayed up late.
  •   Price includes all 7 rooms!  The Suite for honeymooners. and the rest for family/friends.  Extra rooms can be arranged with The Cumberland Gap Inn right down the street....they can walk if they want.  With Breakfast at Webb's Cafe, a local landmark.

  •    Use of area for one (4) hour: your choice of location inside the Inn or on the Bridge by the 1800's Fitz Water Wheel.
  •    Intimate wedding ceremony by an ordained minister.
  •    Walk through with the wedding party.
  •    Unity candle lighting.
  •    Six rose hand-tied bouquet and matching boutonniere for Groom.
  •    Keepsake toasting glasses with complimentary wedding toast of champagne or sparkling non-alcoholic beverage for the Bride and Groom.

  •    Dinner at The Tea room for up to 15.
  •    Fine china, cloth napkins for reception.
  •    Use of Inn and Grounds for wedding photographs.
  •    $10.00 each additional guest.
  •    Please note that cost of rental items and clean up, is not included in the price listed above. 

 

Add On:

  •     Photos & One Cd of all photos taken (min. of 100 shots). ~ $200.00
  •     Sit down or Buffet Dinner (Not more than 15 people) call for prices
  •     Extra flowers ~ price varies.
  •     Cheese, Crackers and Fruit trays. ~ sm. $35.00 - lg. $49.00
  •     Dessert Buffet ~ can be added to any package. 
  •     Spoil the Wedding Couple with a surprise in their room every night.  Welcome them with Balloons, flowers and a plate of fresh cookies! How about a spa package for the next night with chocolate Dipped Strawberries??  A gift package?  Junk food Junkies package?? Price varies.
  •     Salon services. Prices varies.
 

Policies for Weddings at our Inn

  •   Deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation.  Your date is not firm until deposit is paid.
  •   The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or reservations.
  •   Balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
  •   Decorations are up to the wedding party to provide, if doing package #3.  Simple ones are included.  IE. Candle holder with bows, Unity Candle stand, Table setting for all packages.
  •   $200 clean up fee for package #3.
  •    $100 server fee.
  •   Tip for minister not included in price.
  •   An 18% gratuity is added.
  •   The Olde Mill Inn is a no smoking Inn.   Wedding guests choosing to smoke are allowed to smoke on the side deck and outside building...not on the private balcony.
  •    Smoking in non smoking area will result in a $100 airing out fee.
